Arrange for an exchange at our warehouse (by appointment).
Replacement or refund will be processed within 3–5 working days after verification.

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued via the original payment method.
Shipping fees and promotional discounts are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
For bulk or corporate orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer upon confirmation.

If a replacement item is unavailable, a product of equal value or a store credit may be offered.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of the request.
