Welcome to wholesalesupplies.sg (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any order.
1. General
- wholesalesupplies.sg operates as an online store providing wholesale and retail quantities of consumer goods such as tissue paper, dehumidifiers, desiccants, air fresheners, and related products.
- We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website signifies your acceptance of these changes.
2. Product Information
- We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and prices. However, minor variations in packaging or colour may occur due to manufacturer updates or screen differences.
- Product availability is subject to stock levels. We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders if an item is unavailable.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices listed are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated.
- Payment must be made in full at checkout via the available payment methods (e.g. Credit/Debit Card, PayNow, or other gateways provided).
- For bulk or custom orders, payments may be made via bank transfer upon invoice confirmation. Orders will only be processed after payment verification.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing, promotions, or discounts without prior notice.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Standard delivery time is 2–5 working days within Singapore (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Express Delivery (within 48 hours) is available at an additional charge, subject to delivery slot availability.
- Self-collection is available from our warehouse at 22 Pioneer Crescent, #03-06A West Park BizCentral, Singapore 628556 (by appointment only).
- Once shipped, tracking details will be provided. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, road restrictions).
5. Bulk Orders and Wholesale Enquiries
- We welcome business and corporate bulk orders.
- Wholesale pricing applies to purchases in carton or case quantities.

6. Data Protection and Privacy
- Your personal data will be used strictly for order fulfilment, delivery, and customer communication.
- We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore.
- We do not sell or share customer data with third parties, except for delivery or payment processing partners essential to completing your order.
7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

- All requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the order and accompanied by proof of purchase.
8. Liability
- While we strive to ensure accurate product information and safe packaging, wholesalesupplies.sg@gmail.com shall not be held responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from product use, delays, or damages.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product in question.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.
- Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
